Stephanie Harrington, CNS, LDN Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist

My path into functional nutrition was not just academic. It was personal.

From a young age I lived with chronic joint pain and digestive issues that were never fully explained. Over time those symptoms grew and eventually spread into eczema across my face, neck, and body. I went to countless appointments, received conflicting guidance, and was sent home with steroid creams that offered temporary relief and nothing more. I tried every anti-inflammatory supplement and therapeutic diet I could find. Some things helped for a while. Nothing resolved it.

What I did not know then was that I was addressing the symptoms without ever identifying their source. When I finally understood what was actually driving my health, everything changed. That turning point is what led me to functional nutrition and ultimately to the work I do today.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and a Master's in Nutrition Science from the National University of Natural Medicine. Understanding both the mind and the body is foundational to the way I practice. With advanced training in functional nutrition I specialize in chronic skin conditions, digestive health, and hormonal health. This is the intersection where most chronic symptoms actually live and where conventional care most often falls short.

As your nutritionist, I listen closely to both your words and your body's signals, offering guidance, support, and accountability every step of the way. I am passionate about cutting through the noise of conflicting nutrition advice so you can reconnect with your health and find strategies that allow you to truly thrive.

You have been patient with a body that has not given you easy answers. It is time someone was thorough enough to find them.
